History and Mission
The Ayandegan Institute of Higher Education (AIHE) was established in 1385 (2006) with the aim of advancing science and technology in the country and training specialized personnel. It was founded based on the approval of the Council for the Expansion of the Ministry of Science, with the goal of raising the academic level of society, expanding higher education in the country, providing an appropriate environment for utilizing the scientific potential of the community, and creating favorable conditions for comprehensive public activities to promote education in the country.
Campus and Facilities
The institute began its educational and research activities in Mehr 1385 (September 2006) by admitting students through the nationwide entrance exam organized by the Sanjesh Organization. It strives to provide a scholarly environment for students and prepare them for effective and useful participation in the job market and society. To this end, it has established extensive scientific, educational, and research collaborations with reputable universities and research centers at the national and international levels, in order to maintain the institute’s up-to-date status and enhance its efficiency.
Accreditations and Achievements
AIHE started with two fields of study – Industrial Engineering and Architecture – at the Associate’s degree level. Today, it takes pride in continuing its efforts to train useful human resources for our beloved country, with the institute currently active in 72 fields and orientations at the Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degree levels.
